At Refinement Specialists, LLC our highly qualified trainers have over 30 years of experience developing, youth, teen, and collegiate athletes across a
multitude of sports and athletic disciplines. We are proud to offer services that improve the overall athletic functionality of young athletes by providing measurable results. Our trainers perform an initial evaluation for each athlete at the start of a program , then re-evaluate them to show the improvement and gains made as a result of our proven training system. Our targeted areas of training include speed, fitness, functional movement, agility, and full-body strength. We also provide tailored individual and semi-private training to enhance the athlete's effectiveness and performance in specific categories or areas of specialization. Our goal is to uncover the very potential that will result in optimal gains for both the body and mind.
This is the first level of training for athletes new to Refinement Specialists, LLC where the focus is on improving speed and fitness. It allows them to participate in 2 workouts per week for the month (8 sessions).
This is the second level of training for athletes new to Refinement Specialists, LLC that focuses on improving their agility and overall functional movement (mobility).
This is the third level of training for athletes new to Refinement Specialists, LLC that focuses on improving full body strength, with specialization in the core area, upper body, and lower body.
